Freephone Airport Cars operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All hires are subject to a minimum charge of £3.50.A 50% surcharge is levied on public holiday's. A 100% surcharge is levied on Christmas Day and New Years day. Late bookings accepted (subject to availability). Freephone Airport Cars shall not be held responsible for a missed flight due to extreme traffic or road conditions. Freephone Airport Cars shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in our vehicles howsoever such loss or damage is caused. Freephone Airport Cars reserves the right to invoice the client with a 50% charge unless a prior cancellation of at least 2 hours has been given. Where no cancellation has been given,we will invoice at the full amount. Cash payments direct to Driver no VAT charged. All major Credit Cards accepted in advance through Paypal.
